"The "villa" was not at all what we expected. It has an adjoining door, concealed with a curtain. You can hear the "neighbor" clearly... with no privacy. It did not feel safe. When canceling on the 1st day, the owner refused to provide a refund, quoting, "policy". There are plenty of other places ..."

"We were genuinely shocked and disappointed by this property. The location was good and the beach was stunning however the property itself was not worth the money. The walls were cracking, the areas that were patched were not painted, we had multiple issues with roaches and my husband spent the evening killing the termites that were crawling above the bed. There was only one TV upstairs and it didn’t work properly. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, only one light in the kitchen worked. Some of the dishes were dirty and sticky and when I pulled the frying pan out to make breakfast I found that it was dirty, in the drawer. There seems to be mold on the walls that shared with the unit beside it. The furniture was old and worn, far from “chic”. This may have been a nice unit years ago but it has fallen in to great disrepair and was a total disappointment. The owners need to do better."
